Serving Those Who Served

Who We Are

We are proud to be a chapter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, serving veterans since 1899. Comprising members from all military branches with overseas conflict experience, the VFW Post 1272, established in 1924, honors military heritage while fostering community connections. For over a century, we’ve blended ceremonial traditions with outreach, hosting Veterans Day and Memorial Day events, partnering with schools on educational programs, and preserving history through veteran-led projects. Through camaraderie, advocacy, and service, we uphold patriotism and mutual support, ensuring a strong future for the next generation of veterans.

What We Do

1

Support Our Veterans

Whether it's assisting with VA benefits, advocating for improved healthcare, or simply offering a place for camaraderie, we are here for our fellow service members.

2

Engage With Our Community

We believe in giving back through service projects, scholarships, and events that strengthen the bonds between veterans and the local community.

3

Honor Military Service

We preserve the legacy of those who served through memorial events, history projects, and outreach efforts that educate and inspire.
